This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in crime No.69 of 2024 dated 04.11.2024 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Villupuram.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.69 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police, final report was filed and the same has been taken cognizance in CC.No.10 of 2025 by the Additional Mahila Court, Villupuram.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
