ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the contempt of order of this Court made in Crl.OP.No.5276 of 2021 dated 18.03.2021.

2.The learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that the investigation was completed and final report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page No.1/2

Cont.P.No.836 of 2021 was filed before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Vellore, on 28.02.2019, for offence under Sections 468, 471 and 420 IPC. The learned Government Counsel further submitted that the final report is yet to be taken on file. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore, to act upon the final report filed by the respondent police and take a decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This contempt petition is closed accordingly.
