Seeking to issue a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2015 requesting for fixation of licence fee for running the Bar attached to the TASMAC Shop.

2. Today, when the matter came up for admission, there has been no representation for the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
