Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the fourth respondent bearing Lr.No.SE/REDC/RMD/DFC/Rev/HT.AS/F.AERL/DNO.15/2017dt. 07.01.2017 cancelling the earlier order bearing Lr.No.SE/REDC/DFC/REV/RMD / RCS/AS/ASTT./F.NGEGHT.SC.No.31/D.No.1100/16 dt. (signed on 28.12.2016), quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to implement the earlier order in Letter bearing number Lr.No.SE/REDC/DFC/REV/RMD/RCS/ASST.

/ F.NGEGHT.SC.No.31/D.No.1100/16 dt. (signed on 28.12.2016) and permit wheeling of the energy exported to 49 short term open access captive users whose names are enclosed with the impugned order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to withdraw the writ petition, as the petitioner is advised to negotiate with the respondents to settle the matter amicably. Recording his statement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.1618 & 1619 of 2017 are also dismissed. No costs.
