Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2016 to issue Patta to his land situated in S.No.168/1B of Achchalvadi Village to an extent of 1.5 Acres based on Sale deed dated 31.10.2002 vide Doc.No.2624 of 2002 on the file of S.R.O., Harur and Decree and Judgment dated 24.11.2016 passed in O.S.No.45/2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Harur, within the stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue patta in her favour by considering her representation dated 02.06.2016, on merits and in accordance with law.
2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 02.06.2016 to the second respondent for issuance of patta in respect of the property in question, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the respondents 1 to 3. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3.Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
