ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2018.

2.The affidavit filed in support of the writ petition is bereft of any details, except disclosing that the petitioner was employed during 2009 under the 2nd respondent. No details were furnished as to the nature of employment, period of employment and also when the petitioner was terminated from service etc. In the affidavit, vague allegations were alone made against the functions of the respondents 1 and 2 and it appears that a representation has been made in October, 2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.This Court is unable to appreciate as to what is the actual grievance of the petitioner, since no cause of action has been disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The entire writ petition appears to be speculative and lacks in any details, for this Court to entertain the same. In the said circumstances, this Court finds that the writ petition, as it is, is not maintainable and therefore, the same is dismissed. No costs.
