[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's husband Elangovan, S/o.Pandurangan, aged 35 years, before this Court and to set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenu has been secured on 22.09.2020 and handed over to the petitioner on the same day.
