This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 582 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.826/- in above SA.SR.No.91917 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant(s) and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable. Therefore, the delay in paying the deficit Court fee in the above SA.SR.No.91917 of 2023 is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
