Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to give effect to the order of the 1st respondent dated 07.01.2016 in his proceedings in Na.ka.No.6294/12/No.3 to restore the patta in the name of the petitioner in the revenue record for the property bearing Nos. plots bearing Nos.12, 13 and 14 to an extent of 2 grounds 2332 sq.ft situated at "Ganesh Nagar" comprised in Old Survey No.6/5B, New Survey No.6/5B2 at No.55, Kaspapuram Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District. ORDER

The petitioner has filed a Mandamus to direct the third respondent to give effect to the order of the first respondent dated 07.01.2016 in his proceedings in Na.ka.No.6294/12/No.3 to restore the patta in the name of the petitioner in the revenue records for the property numbers viz., 12, 13 and 14 to an extent of 2 grounds 2332 sq.ft situated at Ganesh Nagar comprised in Old Survey No.6/5B, New Survey No.6/5B2 at No.55, Kaspapuram Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kanchipuram District. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on receipt of the representation of the petitioner, the third respondent has given effect to the order of the first respondent dated 07.01.2016 and passed appropriate orders and restored patta in the name of the petitioner in the revenue records for the aforementioned property.

Hence nothing survives for adjudication in this matter and the writ petition has now become infructuous and the same is dismissed. No costs.
