This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to take appropriate legal actions in accordance with Section 75(1) and (2) of BNS Act, 2023 against the fifth respondent.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 31.01.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
