O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to issue certificates namely, Consolidated Mark Sheet, Provisional Certificate and Transfer Certificate to the petitioner and grant time to pay the college arrears fees from 6th semester to 10th semester to the first respondent, after joining into any institution or company with five instalments.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he joined Bachelor of Architect (five year course) in the first respondent College in the year Page Nos.2/5
2017 at Selaiyur Campus and completed the course in the year 20212022. He has passed out all those examinations. As the petitioner failed to pay tuition fees for 6th to 10th semesters due to his poverty, the first respondent College has not issued the original Consolidated Mark sheets from 6th semester to 10th semester, Provisional Certificate and Transfer Certificate to the petitioner and the same are now available with the first respondent College. Now, the petitioner is ready and willing to execute a bond for the balance fees. However, it is for the first respondent College to consider the request made by the petitioner.

Considering the prayer sought for in this writ petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent College to consider the request made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in respect of balance payment of fees (6th to 10th semester) and issue all original certificates including Transfer certificate to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
