ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.12 of 2022 dated 28.05.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police registered for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police and perused the FIR.
3. A perusal of the FIR indicates falsification of documents which resulted in sale and it is also alleged that everything is done in pursuance of conspiracy between the parties.
4. When there are serious allegations in the FIR, rowing enquiry cannot be conducted to find out as to whether the allegations are true or not and it is for the Investigating Agency to conduct the investigation and to file the final report.
5. In such view of the matter, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
