2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6571 of 2025 dated 07.03.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 29-04-2025 dpa To The Inspector Of Police, Kilpennathur Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District.
