This review application has been filed to review the order dated 06.08.2015 passed in W.P.No.24178 of 2015.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the private respondents filed W.P.No.24178 of 2015 seeking direction to the petitioners to comply with the order passed by the first respondent in Case No.240 of 2013 dated 27.01.2015 and this Court vide order dated 06.08.2015 directed the petitioners to take necessary steps to comply with the order dated 27.01.2015, however, challenging the very same order in Case No.240 of 2013 dated 27.01.2015, the petitioners filed W.P.No.25179 of 2015 and the same is pending on the file of this Court. This Court without considering the pendancy of W.P.No.25179 of 2015 passed the order dated 06.08.2015 in W.P.No.24178 of 2015. Hence, the petitioners have filed this review application.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents did not dispute the fact submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

4.Since the writ petition in W.P.No.25179 of 2015 filed challenging the order dated 27.01.2015 in Case No.240 of 2013 is pending on the file of this Court, the order dated 06.08.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24178 of 2015 is subject to the result of the writ petition in W.P.No.25179 of 2015. Accordingly, W.P.No.24178 of 2015 is disposed of.
