ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12080 of 2020, dated 13.08.2020, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
