ORDER
This revision seeks to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.86 of 2020 on the
file of the District Munsif at Madurantakam.
2. Today Mr.M.S.Subramaniam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would state that seeking rejection of plaint, an application was moved in I.A.No.16 of 2022 in O.S.No.86 of 2020 and that application had been dismissed on 08.11.2022.
3. Mr.G.Mageshkumar would submit that the submission of Mr.M.S.Subramaniam is correct. He further submits that due to the pendency of this revision, he has not challenged the order which was passed pending the issuance of notice in this revision.
4. Since the learned trial judge has decided to keep the suit on file, I am not inclined to probe into the very same issue in this revision. Granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order passed by the learned District Munsif at Madurantakam in I.A.No.16 of 2022 in O.S.No.86 of 2020 dated 08.11.2022, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
