PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner application dated 03.08.2018 and representation dated 26.11.2018 and issue a legal heir certificate of late.Mr.S.P.Natarajan, who died on 25.12.2017, within the reasonable time.

The petitioner N.Ganesan S/o S.P.Natarajan, residing at No.10, Chinnaiyan Colony, Mela Agraharam, Ariyalur, Ariyalur District and his step mother S.Susila and her daughter Lalitha are directed to appear before the Tahsildar, Ponneri and also produce all the necessary documents in support of their representation. The Tahsildar, Ponneri shall offer personal hearing of the parties and insist them to file their written statements and also consider all the documents which have been produced before him and thereafter pass orders with reasons in 1/4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with the rules of law on or before 29.02.2020. 2.With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
