ORDER

Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representations dated 20.04.2017 and 19.06.2017 and conduct survey on her land in the Survey Number 170/1A1, 1A2 at Kancheepuram District, Pallavaram Taluk, Maangadu Village,

measuring an extent of 2400 Sq.ft, with the help of the 2nd respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representations dated 20.04.2017 and 19.06.2017 and also paying the necessary charges, the 1st respondent has not demarcated her land.

4. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the 1st t respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representations and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 20.04.2017 and 19.06.2017 for demarcating the lands and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
