O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to remove the name of the petitioner from the history sheet maintained by the second respondent.

2.The representation has been given by the petitioner to first and second respondent in the year 2017 and it does not contain any particulars regarding the cases filed against the petitioner. Hence, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court.

3.This Writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the second respondent by giving all the particulars and seek for removal of his name from the history sheet and the second respondent on receipt of the representation, within a period of four weeks thereafter, shall consider the same in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in Sabari @ Sabarigiri Vs. Assistant Commissioner of Police, Anna Nagar, L & O Range, Madurai City, Madurai and others reported in 2018 4 MLJ. No costs.
