ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 'the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Trichy Town Police everyday 10.30 a.m., until further orders' imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6692 of 2025 dated 19.03.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6692 of 2025 dated 19.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 29-04-2025 dpa To The Inspector Of Police, Kilpennathur Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District Crime No 27 Of 2025.
