This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the original copy of the judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court in O.S.No.1762 of 2017, dated 28.11.2023.

2. The petitioner has not filed any petition seeking urgent interim order in the second appeal. In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to entertain this civil miscellaneous petition.

3. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed.

4. The petitioner/appellant is directed to file certified copy of the judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court in O.S.No.1762 of 2017 before the Registry.
