This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.04.2017.
2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the accused persons have attacked the petitioner's son namely Ashok Kumar and hence a complaint was lodged before the respondent on 07.04.2017, but, so far, no action has been taken.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, an enquiry was conducted and during enquiry, the petitioner has informed the respondent that he has compromised the matter with the proposed accused persons and hence the said complaint was closed on 10.04.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
