Heard Ms. H.Nandhini, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Subramanian, Learned Counsel for the First to Fourth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer of the Petitioner in Memorandum No. 31082/A1/A12/2016-1 dated 23.09.2016 by which he was transferred from the post of Deputy Chief Chemist/MTPS-2 to the post of Deputy Chief Chemist/MTPS-I.

It has been brought to notice that subsequently, the Petitioner was again transferred by order in Memorandum No. 54503/A1/A12/2016-1 dated 24.11.2016 to the post of Deputy Chief Chemist/NCTPS-I and its copy has been produced. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
