ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.

2. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in support of the petitioner's application seeking for grant of patta in his name for the subject property. The petitioner had given an application on 21.11.2023 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's application dated 21.11.2023 is considered by the third respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition.

5. Accordingly, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's application dated 21.11.2023 seeking for grant of patta in his

name for the subject property more fully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
