2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On a complaint given by one Venkatesh, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.224 of 2015.
4. In view of the above, a blanket order of not to harass cannot be granted and the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police, when they make enquriy and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
