CMP.No.12400 of 2021 has been filed to discharge from the Guardianship of the third petitioner Dineshkumar and CMP.No.12404 of 2021 has been filed to declare the third petitioner Dinesh as major and relieve from the guardianship of petitioner's mother Mrs.S.Subbulakshmi in CMA.No.2236 of 2016

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any serious objection for allowing these petitions.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed as prayed for.
