JUDGMENT
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal based on the communication dated 27.06.2022 sent to him by the appellant through email stating that she wanted to withdraw the appeal. He has also produced a copy of email communicated dated 27.06.2022. Learned counsel for the appellant has also made an endorsement in the case bundle stating that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn and also filed a memo to that effect.
2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
