Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the respondents to register an FIR on the petitioners complaint dated 24.08.2015, investigate the same in accordance with law.
For Petitioners : Mr.M.Balaji For Respondents : Mr.C.Emalias Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER These petitions are filed for a direction to the respondents to register an FIR on the petitioners complaint dated 24.08.2015, investigate the same in accordance with law. 2.The petitioners have lodged complaint as against one Neetam Christy and one Vinodh stating that they have seen an advertisement given by the said persons assuring 100% employment
in a call taxi and when they approached the contact address mentioned in the advertisement, they came to understand that they had to undergo training and if they undergo training, they would be able to earn around 20,000/- INR per month and the training fee was around Rs.2,00,000/- and believing the assurance given by the said persons, they made payments in installments totally a sum of Rs.20,000/- each, but no such training was offered. Hence, the petitioners lodged complaint on 24.08.2015 as against the said persons, but no action was taken till date. Hence, this petition.
3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the petitioners to give a fresh complaint along with a copy of this order to the second respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the second respondent on receipt of the same is directed to conduct enquiry on the same and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, is directed to proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.
5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
