ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.

2. This application is filed seeking modification of the order dated 18.8.2025 passed in W.A.No.2512 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that inspite of this Court having ordered that "no coercive steps shall be taken by the respondents", the respondents are pressing Contempt Petition No.2345 of 2025, therefore, the order dated 18.8.2025 needs to be modified.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that there is already an interim order not to take any coercive steps, for the purpose of clarity, we modify the order dated 18.8.2025 and direct that the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 8.4.2025 passed in W.P.No.17121 of 2024 shall remain stayed.

The application is, accordingly, ordered.
