O R D E R

This civil revision petition is directed against the order dated 21 January 2013, in I.A.No.345 of 2012 in O.S.No.149 of 2012 whereby and whereunder, the Trial Court closed the application filed by the petitioner on the ground that the suit is ripe for trial.

2. When the civil revision petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in view of the dismissal of the suit for default.
