This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to take action based on the representation made by the petitioner on 09.03.2020 wherein the petitioner has requested the first respondent not to permit the agricultural land to be converted into a house site and to restore the property in its original form.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader, on written instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the Page numbers https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has been acted upon by the second respondent and already a public notice has been issued to the effect that the property will not be allowed to be converted into a house site and a board has also been fixed in the property. The written communication received by the Special Government Pleader was also circulated through e-mail to this Court. The written instructions and the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

3. It is made clear that the second respondent shall not permit anyone to convert the property into a layout and shall take action against any person who attempts to create any illegal encroachment on the property. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
