ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in his original post as Village Assistant based on his earlier appointment and direct the respondents to take appropriate action in light of the representation made by the petitioner and his wife. The case of the petitioner is that, due to matrimonial dispute, he did not attend the office since 2011. However, no termination order has been issued. Hence, he sent a representation to the respondents to permit him to continue his job. However, the said representation was rejected vide letter dated 05.09.2024. Hence the instant writ petition has been filed. It is apparent on the face of the record that the petitioner was absent from duties since 2011 and he woke up only after 14 years and sent representation during 2022 seeking reinstatement. Such conduct of the petitioner is not appreciable. Therefore, this Court do not find any merits in the writ petition.

In the result, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. 20.06.2025 veda Index:Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order To 1.
