These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 2240 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement due to the deceased first respondent (ii) to set aside the abatement caused on account of the death of deceased first respondent and (iii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the 6th respondent in A.S.No.436 of 2011 has no serious objections in allowing these miscellaneous petitions.
3. Perused the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and satisfied with the reasons stated therein, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the main appeal suit.
