Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioners representation dated 11.10.2018 and 21.07.2020 and thereby direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the name of the respondents 3 to 6 in Patta No. 518 and issue fresh computer patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property in Survey No. 457 / 5D Ananthangal Dry Land Arumbakkam Village Arcot Taluk Ranipet District Totally to an extent of 78 vents as per decree in O.S. NO.325/2004 dated 10.08.2005 on the file of Learned District Munsif Ranipet.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 11.10.2018 and 21.07.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for the removal of the names of respondents 3 to 6 from the Revenue Records and for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the issuance of fresh computerised Patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugan, Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the second respondent has taken the representation made by the petitioner on file and fixed the date of enquiry on 16.09.2020 at 10.00 AM. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry with all the necessary documents.

3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law after affording opportunity both to the petitioner as well as respondents 3 to 6 and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
