It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that there is a typographic mistake in the paragraph No.8 of the order dated 23.09.2020, which has to be corrected. 3.Accordingly, in paragraph No.8 of the said order, in the place where it is stated as ''The second respondent'', it shall be read as ''The first respondent''.

4. In all other aspects, the order dated 23.09.2020 shall remain intact.
