2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3. Paragraph No.2 of the order dated 23.11.2023 shall be deleted and in its place, the following para is ordered to be substituted: - "2. On perusal of records, though the petitioner was insisted to comply the condition, till date she has not complied the condition. As per submissions of learned counsel for petitioner, she is awaiting for anticipatory bail, but in order to file a charge sheet, such opportunity cannot be granted to her. Therefore, this Court directs the petitioner to comply the condition imposed by the Apex Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
