By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent, to forthwith transfer the matured Fixed Deposit amount standing to the credit of RVS Trust vide Deposit Note No.B7D1 0992033 dated 06.07.2011 together with all accrued interest thereon to the current account of RVS Trust bearing Account Number 6365335473 maintained with the respondent Bank.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner Trust is a registered charitable and educational trust established under a Trust Deed dated 27.08.2004 and is engaged in running educational institutions including RVS Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Sree Ramu College of Arts and Science, serving the educational needs of the public at large. The petitioner Trust had fixed deposit with the respondent Bank and even after maturity, the 2/4

matured amount was not credited to the account of the petitioner Trust.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that if there is any fixed deposit made by the petitioner Trust and if the same has matured, the maturity amount would be credited in the name of the Trust as per the name in the fixed deposit. 5.In view of the above, this Court directs the respondent to credit the matured Fixed Deposit amount standing to the credit of RVS Trust vide Deposit Note No.B7D1 0992033 dated 06.07.2011 together with all accrued interest thereon to the current account of RVS Trust bearing Account Number 6365335473 maintained with the respondent Bank, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
