O R D E R

Heard Mr.A.Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of his multiple representations dated 31.10.2018, 13.02.2019 and 12.07.2020.

3. Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, would confirm that the representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

13.02.2019 is indeed pending before the Assistant Revenue Officer arrayed as R4 in the writ petition. She assures the Court that the representation will be disposed within a time frame that may be fixed by the Court.

4. Thus, mandamus, as sought for, is issued and the 4th respondent is directed to dispose the representation dated 13.02.2019, after hearing the petitioner over video conference or by way of physical hearing as may be mutually convenient on Friday, the 25th of September, 2020. The petitioner will not await any further notice in this regard. After hearing the petitioner and considering all/any materials that the petitioner may chose to file, an order shall be passed in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. This writ petition is disposed in the above terms. No cost.
