(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No. Not known of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that this petition has been filed without crime number, but, now the crime number has been assigned as Crime No. 590 of 2020.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel, this petition stands dismissed with a liberty to file application afresh with the crime number.
