This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to alter the FIR in Crime No.1055 of 2020 dt.30.12.2020 including main offence under Section 307 of IPC, against the accused and file a fresh FIR.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that it is a family dispute and it is informed that the petitioner herein had appeared before the respondent police and undertook that he will be withdrawing the above petition.
