ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to alter the FIR in Crime No.1055 of 2020 dt.30.12.2020 including main offence under Section 307 of IPC, against the accused and file a fresh FIR.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that it is a family dispute and it is informed that the petitioner herein had appeared before the respondent police and undertook that he will be withdrawing the above petition. offences to be made, the same would be done by filing an alteration report.
