This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to pass an order transferring the investigation being conducted by the second respondent Police in Crime No. 3 of 2023, on the complaint lodged by the petitioners 1 to 4, along with the complaint lodged by the fifth petitioner on 20.03.2023, to the CBCID (Crime Branch-Crime Investigation Department) to conduct a comprehensive enquiry and file a report. 3/6

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first and respondents submitted that the charge sheet in C.C.No.287 of 2024 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Alandur. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent in Crime No.3 of 2023
