On behalf of the respondents, counter affidavit has been filed. 3.
Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is confining to restrict her relief to direct the first respondent to consider her representation dated 20.02.2020. 2/4
5.
As the petitioner herself is restricting the relief sought to an extent of consideration of the representations dated 20.02.2020 subjected to the first respondent, in my considered view, it is appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the representations made on 20.02.2020 of the petitioner to meet the interest of justice.
6.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 20.02.2020 submitted by the petitioner by following due process of law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7.
