(Order of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The Division Bench has only confirmed the orders of the learned Single Judge. If at all there is any contempt, it is contempt of the orders of the learned Single Judge only. In fact, the contempt petition was filed before the learned Single Judge and the same was closed, giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 11.12.2024 which informed them of their non-selection.
2. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is dismissed. (R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) (MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J.) 18.03.2025 jv Index: No Speaking order 2/3
