The writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2016 and promote the petitioner as Assistant Executive Engineer in 2016-2017 panel with due seniority.

2. Without going into the merits of the case and taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner to consider his representation dated 21.09.2016, pending before the first respondent, this Court directs the first respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the said representation and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
