J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.,) The learned Special Government Pleader, on instruction submitted that the order passed by the learned single Judge dated 26.11.2018 was implemented by the Government, by order dated 20.06.2019. According to the learned Special Government nothing survives for adjudication lin view of the order dated 20.06.2019.

2. We have perused the order passed by the learned single Judge. The learned single Judge was perfectly correct in allowing the writ petition. Now, that the Government has also implemented the said order nothing survives for adjudication.
