ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to award tender in pursuant to the petitioner's application dated 20.08.2020.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner was already rejected by an order dated 28.02.2022.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of rejection in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
