After elaborate arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the Government Order in G.O.(2D) No.344 dated 29.11.2016 imposing punishment and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the said submission and the endorsement made, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge G.O.(2D) No.344 dated 29.11.2016. No costs.
