sms 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the POSCO Court, Chengalpet and the same was taken on file in Special C.C.No.175 of 2023 on 12.10.2023.
3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
