ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 14.05.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 376 and 506(ii) of I.P.C in Crime No.2 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner being the grandfather of the victim girl, committed sexual assault on the victim girl. Thereafter, the victim girl suffered pain in abdomen and admitted in the RSRM Government Hospital. Hence the law enforcing registered the case against the petitioner.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit the petitioner, victim girl and victim's mother lived in a same house. Due to family dispute a false case has been registered against the accused. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner being the grandfather of the victim girl, committed sexual assault on the victim girl. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts of the case and the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant to the petitioner. Accordingly this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
