2. This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.05.2021 by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considering the petitioner for the post of Laboratory Technician Grade - III as per Notification No.18/MRB/2019 dated 19.11.2019.

3. Having regard to the limited scope of prayer that is now sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case pleaded before this Court, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2021, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
